Brooke is a passive investor in 676 units, a sponsor in 481 units, one startup, a Triple-Net (NNN), and is currently flipping houses with investors to fund these projects. She’s using her 22 years in corporate America and multiple masterminds to scale her investments and educate others, especially women and minorities, on how to do the same.
She is the Co-Founder and author of the Real Women in Real Estate (REWIRE) book project, CEO of Empower Capital, Creator of Multifamily Momentum, and Co-Founder of Crack the Wealth Code.
On October 6, 2023 Brooke left corporate America after 26 months of investing and has never looked back.
Brooke recently moved from Nor Cal to N. Dallas with her family, where she’s still adjusting to all the construction, though the BBQ makes up for it.
